Menue
"Caribbean Chulha, named for the hand-plastered mud
oven brought to the West Indies by East Indians is
proprietor/chef Ashton Lutchman’s overture to the
senses. Upon entry to the Chulha, your eyes are
enchanted by the brass, copper, stone and wooden
finishes & ornaments, your nose by the palate-stirring
aroma of roasting garlic & geera, your ears by the
melody of Indian music. Like a gastronomic conductor,
Ashton blends the senses into a symphony making the
Caribbean Chulha ambience into an authentic Eastern
fine dining experience. Enjoy a change of cuisine and
the most affordable gourmet meal on the island at least
once on your holiday. Your feet may just start tapping
involuntarily to the tabla drum rhythms."
